Hello....Let me introduce the word Fascia to you....If you have not heard of this yet, let me fill you in. This miracle spider man suit is the glue that holds us together, without it we would fall apart. This collagen based spider web, mesh like structure wraps around everything including our muscles, tendon, bones, ligaments, and organs. Fascia is like a dewy spider web when healthy it is suppose to slide and glide and move freely upon itself. When our fascia gets tight due to an injury, trauma, or a surgery it starts to bind down and act like a tucked in t-shirt. Imagine having tucked your t-shirt in too tight on the one side....you range of motion is limited in reaching to grab something in front or across from you. Over time this t-shirt can become tighter and more dense like a "cling-wrap" ball, the fascia starts to bind tighter and tighter and will act more like a straight jacket, than that tucked in t-shirt.
This miracle suit has its own communication line and when it is disturbed from a cut from a surgical blade or rip/tear or bind, the body can not talk and issues along the fascial line will start to cause dysfunction, such as chronic pain, misalignments or movement issues.

so......if this sounds familiar....book in and let's untuck that t-shirt...!!

Hello….Let me introduce the word Fascia to you….If you have not heard of this yet, let me fill you in. This miracle spider man suit is the glue that holds us together, without it we would fall apart. This collagen based spider web, mesh like structure wraps around everything including our muscles, tendon, bones, ligaments, and organs. Fascia, when healthy, is like a dewy wet spider web. It is suppose to slide and glide and move freely upon and against itself. When our fascia gets sticky and tight due to a imbalance or injury, trauma, or a surgery. Fascia starts to bind down and act like a tucked in t-shirt. Imagine having tucked your t-shirt tucked in too tight on the one side your body….your range of motion gets limited. You’re unable to reach to grab something in front or across your body. Over time this t-shirt can become tighter and more dense like a “cling-wrap”, the fascia starts to bind tighter and tighter and will act more like a straight jacket.Fascia restrictions can produce tensile pressures of approximately 2,000 pounds per square inch on pain sensitive structures that do not show up in many of the standard tests (x-ray, myelograms, CAT scans, electromyography, etc.)

This miracle suit has its own piezoelectric communication line and when it is disturbed from a cut from a surgical blade or a rip/tear or a bind, the body can not talk and issues along the fascial line will start to cause dysfunction, such as chronic pain, misalignments or movement issues.

Our bodies talk…it is our job to listen to it before it becomes a scream.

Book in today and let’s un tuck your t-shirt!
